I have already gone through following open source software for Building a 3D model of femur fracture bone

1. ITKSNAP

2.3D slicer.

3.INVESALIUS 3.1.1

4. Image J

I am expecting selection of software based on availability of tutorials and easiness of handling it since I am a beginner in this area . Kindly suggest where I will get sample fracture femur bone i.e datasets to start my work
