Which method is most suitable and recommended as the best water management practice in the world, i.e. Drip Irrigation, Sprinkler Irrigation, Flood, Furrow, Ridges, Center Pivot, or any other method like Hydroponic or multi-story building.

The best water management (drip irrigation , sprinkler irrigation , flood or other) depends on many factors such as type of soil , type of cultivation (trees or crops). I think to determine the best water management in a country we need to carry out a multi criteria decision analysis system. The best water management will be determined based on a set of evaluation criteria.
If you have plenty of water, I suggest sprinkler is perfect. If you have little water you can use drip irrigation. And by the way, what are you irrigating?

The suitabilty depebds on cost of irrigation system and benifits from this system and many environmental factor.

On the other hand, Pakistan is also facing water scarcity conditions. Therefore, we are looking for the best alternative irrigation method to get maximum crop production.

Eman Abdel ghaffar Hasan The cost of the system and irrigation can be payback if high-value cash crops are grown under drip or sprinkler irrigation system. May be, anyone, can follow tunnel farming and grow the off-season crops which ultimately gives a high return.
This question cannot be answered easily because there are many factors controlling the choice of the most appropriate, including the prevailing weather conditions - the type of soil - the crop grown. A scientific study must be conducted to find the most appropriate according to the nature of the area and the crop grown
No single water distribution system being fit to all cases, and every single case has its most suitable irrigation type. Further, all mentioned are irrigation systems, that are not water management system (or policy), which should involve Sufficiency, Resources Rationality, Feasibility, Resilience, and Environmental and economic Sustainability. Moreover, Water management would depend on and limited by the available facilities (control facilities), finance capabilities, and applied technology. Selection of irrigation methods depends on type of crop; type of soil; extent of slope of the land; socioeconomic concerns related farmer's perception, that is his economic status to manage a particular irrigation techniques; goal of a users (especially farmers and farm owners); type of the climate whether arid, humid; and responses of crop to the applied water... However, management plays an important role to enhance efficiency of the system by keep the concepts of "more crop per drop". Every irrigation system should ensure lesser application losses, lesser conveyance losses with higher storage and distribution efficiency within a field... Sprinkler irrigation is good in undulated topography areas with course texture soil.It is also good in areas where frist damage is prevalent...Drip irrigation is good for water scarcity areas specially for wider distanced crops..furrow irrigation is good for crops which are sown in ridges especially vegetables, root crops and number of field crops also...basin method is good for trees by allowing water around the trunk of the plant by making rounded basins around trees..For transplanted rice, even wild flooding is still prevalent where there is no issues of water sources.. choice of irrigation methods also affected by layout of the field...like in mango Orchard, drip irrigation is successful and giving more remunerative returns while minimising cost incurred..check basin method is frequently adopted especially in close growing crops.Larger and smaller sized border strips are used when soil is heavy textured and light textured, respectively... Irrigated and rainfed agriculture also affect type of irrigation we are choosing...

You explain it nicely. According to soil type, environmental conditions, availability of water and resources, crop type are the major factors to decide about the irrigation system in that specific area/farm.
The farmers are using irrigation systems according to their easiness which results in the waste of water and lower crop yield. Govt. should develop some irrigation management zones and educate the farmers about the best use of irrigation according to their required area and need of the crop.
Irrigation scheduling is the important factor that is ignored by the farmer and they are applying the water without consideration of the crop need.
