I would like to take your point of view about three possible research questions that I'm finding it hard to choose for my master thesis about naturalizing refugees and the impact on host countries. It's going to be a qualitative paper reviewing the literature mostly. The questions are as follow:
1: How are immigrant’s social and economic adaption and integration related to individual characteristics? How will naturalization affect their employment chances and wages? In other words does the economic gap between migrants and refugees affect the naturalization process when entering the labor market in host countries?
2: How refugees succeed economically in some countries and why not in others?
3: How does the remittance behavior or share differ for a naturalized refugee/migrant from the unnaturalized? What are the effects on the socio-economic and demography level of a host country?
I will really appreciate the honest opinions and suggestions related to the topic

Congratulations for choosing this challenging research topic!
You need a complex research question, to encompass your main research objectives. The first question is a good start, but in my opinion there might be included more aspects.
1: Which are the main determinants of the assimilation of the refugees in the host country? How permissive is the society in the host country? How are refugees’ social and economic adaption and integration related to individual characteristics (related to culture, behaviour, religion and customs in the home countries)? Are refugees able to adapt to the specificities of the local labour market? Are the refugees’ qualifications needed on the local labour market? How will naturalization affect their employment chances and wages? How is the cost-benefit balance of absorbing the refugees in the host economy (economic capacity of the host economy to absorb refugees)?

mentions also: legal advantages (greater access to social benefits) and stronger national identity, these could have a significant impact for the host country.

investigate the links between refugees and terrorism and amplified xenophobic feelings and Islamophobia in some sectors of the European societies.
You should make a clear differentiation of refugees from other classes of migrants. You should include in analysis both potential positive and negative effects (for the host country) associated with the naturalization. It is worth taking also into account the refugees’ goals in the host country, are they able/willing to adapt to the local conditions?
The EU case study, complemented by other case studies (the United States, Asian countries etc.) can reveal remarkable inputs for your research.
