An ISSR marker was found linked to the trait of cucumber parthenocarpy, and can be used for tagging of cucumber parthenocarpy trait in a breeding program. They also estimated that the genetic distance between the marker and cucumber parthenocarpy trait is around 18.9 cM. I asked my friend for the paper. It attached. Looks like it did has a clear band (marker) for the trait (see the gel picture; an ~850-bp amplicon from a bulk analysis). However, they released almost no data or info of the marker. They may need that for themselves or for 'Intellectual Property' reason. There is an email on the paper. You can write them to ask. Good luck on your research.
