I am in the process of supervising projects of bachelor business and management students. I want to discuss the options for remarkable models that students can employ in their research. So far I have suggested (TAM, UTAUT, SERVQUAL).

Various models are mentioned in text books and readings related to various courses taught in your university. Pick from there .For example, if they have operations research as subject , they can carry out experiments of queuing model in a mall . In economics too there are several models which may fall in syllabus of students

Ii propose that they do research on Supply Chain and Operations management. It is a trending area and can bring much benefits to the business world. There are many models and theories you can use. RBV, NRBV, ST, NT, SHT are some of the common models/theories we can see in the literature.
I propose the Ishikawa model, also called Ishikawade diagram, a tool developed by Kaoru Ishikawa in 1962. This is the cause and effect analysis model. It is also used in research projects for students of management sciences
