Which mobile phase is used for TLC during fish oil separation?

Hii everyone....I am going to run HPTLC.So I have to prepared the mobile phase for TLC first.Initially I used Ethyl acetate and tolune for TLC but it did not show the result.Later I tried with the mixture of Dichloromethane:acetic acid:acetone in different ratios.So which solvent is suitable for TLC?
