According to a study (by Dorothy McKay et al. Link of paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC88048/ ) two methods are widely used for serotyping of campylobacter spp;
1. Penner serotyping 2. LEP serotyping
Can you please suggest which method is best & can be done on small scale? Or any other method which is best as compare to both of them? Please suggest.

Penner serotyping system through preparation of specific antisera is widely done. it is used on detection of heat-stable antigens with a passive haemagglutination technique.
