Which method / instrument would be the fastest and simplest method to characterize Trans to Cis isomer of a light sensitive molecule?

I am using different wavelengths to go from Trans to Cis isomer of a light sensitive molecule and I want to measure the efficiency of each wavelength.

My question is which method / instrument with be the fastest and simplest method to characterize this after trying different wavelength to see what percentage of each isomer has been produced.
