Can anyone here can tell me the best suitable mechanism for LSW in carbonate reservoir rocks? Please, give the details about the mechanism and how it's suitable.
And also suggest the mechanisms for oil-wet and water-wet condition of carbonate reservoir during LSW.

Our group in University of Stavanger(Smart water group) also has published many papers in this topic, with good experimental work support in relation to the mechanism has suggested by Tor Autsad et al., both for carbonate and sandstone . You can find most of them listed in Tor's profile:

I just attached three of them; First two are general talk, and third one is about initial wetting. You can find more parametric study were being done by our group, individually about presence of other minerals, oil properties, ionic strength of the brine in chalk and limestone, etc.
