What is the problem? What are the differences between laser 532 and others? I often use synthetic micro diamonds on cutting tools. It is funny. I also often use calcite, qгartz, zircon.
If you are starting with Raman microscopy I recommend to use silicon, in particular high-polished wafer with a very smooth surface. Check your system for wavelength matching, may be you need to do a wavelength correction (use a reference light source), check for time stability etc. You may treat the silicon by scatching the surface and you can observe high-pressure modifications, nano-crystalline Si or lattice strained Si. There is plenty of literature about Raman spectroscopy on silicon, a good start.
toluene-acetonitrile stock solution is also good candidate for wavelength calibration @532nm, you can use 5 bands. And learning Raman, you can start to collect Raman spectra of some dyes in-resonance (CV or R6G).
