Which material it is better to use to make a film for lens from glass ?

if i want make a film for lens from glass soft and hard glass and i want the reflection average less than 0.5% and the transmittance at least 98.5% and the range of wavelength is 350 nm to 1100 nm which is the best material i can use to make a film
