I want test the effect of a antibody to depleted the macrophage in mouse. Which markers can be selected to FACS sorting the macrophage?

You can use an anti-F4/80 to sort murine mature macrophages, associated with anti-BM8 and anti-MOMA-2 it should sort more precisely macrophages from lymphoid tissue.

First you should perform phenotyping of your cells to know which of the markers above is best. The markers also depend on the way you recover your cells ? are they derived from monocytes or from ex vivo tissue..
