It is very limited but you will see crustacean output for Greece, Italy, and Spain
Now rerun the query but report with species name and you will see the species are (shrimp prawn). I ran this as well for your. The two queries and the links re attached.
No references I found on Nephrops norvegicus culture in the Mediterranean. Spiny lobster and lobster larvaes are produced for stocking in oper sea but still at experimental levels.
Crustacean aquaculture is very limited for the Mediterranena. In 2010 about 840 tonnes (for a total value of just over USD 7 million) were produced, mainly by Spain (mostly in the Atlantic area) and by Egypt (in brackish waters along the coast). The dominant species is the kuruma prawn (Penaeus japonicus) which represents about 91 percent of total crustaceans production. (GFCM:CAQVIII/2013/Inf.9)
In Greece Spain Italy and other Mediterranean countries there is cultivation of P. japonicus which often takes place with a semi-intensive method
Some other shrimps are producd at semi-intensive (15 PL/m2) stocking densities under climatic conditions of the Aegean Sea region.:

There are some experiments on embryonic development, spawning and larval rearing of the Mediterranean spider crab Maja squinado (Herbst ) under laboratory conditions as a candidate species for a restocking program

Turkish Mediterranean lagoons extensive acquaculture also produces Callinectes sapidus for which domestic demand is insignificant although the high amount caught from the Mediterranean lagoons. Blue crab is usually marketed to foreign markets.

The list of species I refer to is not exhaustive but this is what I know.
It is my feeling that you have got quite a lot of data from other colleagues, regarding marine crustaceans. In Greece there have been efforts for shrimp, not very successful so far, as the main limitation is sea water temperature, which during winter time is not good for these thermophilic species. Regarding freshwater species, I am investigating the native Astacus astacus, I have good results and keep going (you can see my publs in my profile). However I understand that you are not interested in freshwater, are you?
A bit late, but thank you. No, I was refering on marine species such as Homarus gammarus. I find them on the fish market in Croatia but sometimes but the colour it is evident they are not Adriatic - but from countries like Tunisia. I don't know if they farm them or collect from the wild.
