Dear colleagues,
as part of the studies that run in my lab "Future of remote work", we are currently preparing a systematic literature review focused on understanding the current state of knowledge regarding work withdrawal behaviors in remote work settings. The objective of the reivew is to explore how remote work influences various forms of work withdrawal (e.g., absenteeism, presenteeism, disengagement, psychological withdrawal), and to assess the organizational, individual, and contextual factors that mediate or moderate these behaviors.
Call for input We are in the process of developing the search equation for the review and would greatly appreciate your suggestions on keywords, phrases, and Boolean operators that should be considered to ensure comprehensive coverage of the literature.
Some initial keyword ideas include:
Your expertise matters If you have conducted research in this area or have insights into relevant terminology used across disciplines (e.g., HRM, organizational psychology, occupational health), we would be grateful for your input.
Please feel free to comment below or message me directly. I will compile and share a summary of the contributions with all participants.
Thank you in advance for your valuable insights!
Warm regards,
Maribel Labrado-Antolín
