Searching in Google but i did not get clear view about the scopus indexed journals. all the journals publishing charges are highly expensive.
First of all I would like to point out there are 2 main types of Journals:
-1 / Open Access
-2 / Limited Access
So we must distinguish between two things: intexation in bases and ranking journals.

-1 / What is Your goals: why you want to publish? is it to succeed is and increase your teaching degree or just to improve your index H
-2 / Editorial line of the Journals: each journal has a policy and editorial direction. So you have to put your Work in this editorial
