I just started my project in molecular biology of parasites and I am looking for efficient kits for detecting small RNAs molecules in Northern blot membranes. All my analytes are smaller than 200 nts of lenght and the idea is to use non-radioactive methods. However, I've seen some reports which relate the low sensitivity of non-radioactive kits as main advantage.

Also, I've found some kits with different membrane treatments. Thus, I would like to hear from someone who has already worked in similar assays and could help me. Thanks in advance!
