Which is the most appropriate fatigue law for polymers/adhesives?

Hello,

I'm starting to learn about fatigue behavior for different polymers/adhesives. Which is the most appropriate fatigue law (Paris, Elber, NASGRO.. etc.) for these materials (i.e.: PMMA)? and where can I found the fatigue parameters?
