Which is the current "family planning attitudinal scale" measuring tool for an adult population?

We are planning a community based quantitative study on attitude of adults towards family planning. The study setting is South-South Nigeria. We have been able to locate a family planning attitudinal scale by Orsal et al 2007 which is not in English. Does anyone have a link to the English version of this tool? or Would anyone like to share a link to another family planning attitudinal scale questionnaire in current use?
