Hi everyone!
I have 10 pictures of a tissue (where I can do some measurements between the tissue layers) of the same patient taken at 10 different times (so we have a baseline and follow up). I see two different approaches and I am interested in both: 1) Normalize all the data obtanied based on the baseline measurements, i.e. to normalize all the data obtanied in all the times with the max measurment obtanied in the baseline measurement. Or 2) To normalize the data obtained each time with itself, in order to see differences in the tissue beween layers in the same time of measurment.
I would like to find a method to take account these two approaches and use it in a unique approach in my analysis.
