I have to conduct an HR Analytic research, searching for correlation between HRM Perceived Practices and Business Performances, proposing a survey to 1000 employees of different organizations.

In the survey we can not ask the Organization, so we don't have direct access to the Business Performances.

Which is the best way to ask to the employees which are the business performances of their organization? Which are the questions that better predict/reflect the real Business Performances?
