So by which way we should represent the results either in table form or in graphical form. If the graphical form is the best then which one will be the most preferred, Either Contour plot, 3D-Surface plot or 3D Scatter plot?
Hello Amin Khan , personally I prefer plots more than tables, however it always depends on the kind of data you would like to present and the message you would like to transport.
To present the results of performed two-way ANOVAs with two categorical independent variables, I for instance, often use box plots. The dependent variable is shown on the y axis and one categorical independent variable on the x axis. The second categorical independent variable is illustrated by additional groups (see attachment). As I do not know your data, I also do not know if something like that would be practical for you.
In the end you have to decide by yourself, which way would be best for your case.
