There are many VANET simulators available, I want to know which is best simulator I can use to compere between a protocol I designed for VANET and other protocols?

I have experience with NetSim, and information on the VANET communication library is available at https://tetcos.com/vanets.html. As you can see you can interface with SUMO for simulating urban mobility (lanes, traffic lights etc)

NetSim (vehicular comm. modeling) + SUMO (if you want lanes/lights etc)
My preference is NetSim (https://tetcos.com/vanets.html). I found NS-3 very difficult to understand and use.
