Hi I am getting problems of analysis of my data in R. I have an experiment having several factors. I have 130 genotypes, in 2 locations and 2 seasons, each plot were replicated twice, I have also blocks within replication. wthin plot I used repeated measures (4 harvest times). I want to run a mixed model analysis where I would like to fit harvest time factor on 3 order polynomial to check linear, quadratic and cubic effect. Is someone can help me on this issue, may be a similar script. Thanks
