In case of Antioxidant study and determination of IC50, I think the slop equation (Y=mx+c or Y=mx-c) do not fully support. Say for example, my % inhibition values are 34.08, 57.83, 93.67, 97.43, 98.87 at 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 ug of plant extract, respectively. Now if I put the values and draw the slop and follow the mentioned equation I will get either "-8.527" or "108.678" values. Do I believe this is correct? Correct me if I am wrong.

Em resumo você construirá uma tabela com o eixo X para as diferentes concentrações em mg/mL ou ug/mL e no eixo Y os percentuais de atividade antioxidante encontrado. A partir destes dados é calculado a IC50.
Para meus experimentos a EC50 foi de 0,050 mg/mL a partir de uma variação da concentração de 0,0125 (12,55% de atividade antioxidante) até 0,300 mg/mL (82,42% de atividade antioxidante).
Sir Vladimir thank you for the suggestion. I do not have the GraphPad Prism software. Can you calculate the IC50 for the values that I have mentioned? I would like to compare your result with my calculation.
