Main Liquid products are Glycerol water acetic acid acrolein acetone methanol and ethanol.
Is there any way to avoid ion exchange column for such components detection ?

The HPLC column like HP-5 can be used to analyze these kind of compounds.

Thank you very much Imadeddine, I tried a RESTEK amino column with different proportions of ACN/water but I didn't get good results and I contacted the company who said that the components are too polar for the column and suggested ion exchange as a best solution.If you tried any polar column before, let me know about the one and the conditions used with the conditions if possible.

You should be able to analyze the samples on HP-5.
I have performed glycerol etherification and analyzed the products on GC with BPX-5 type capillary column. Please see my article for details. I hope this would be helpful.
