What type of solid tumor? Please clarify it. Usually Vincristine and Doxorubicin are combinely give but some tumor need ACT-D,Cyclo,Cisplatin,Etoposide etc.

Different solid tumor have different drug combination treatment based on the tumor stages.

Without knowing what kind of solid tumor it is impossible to answer this.

In some tumors addition of another agent may produce no significant benefit (eg survival in metastatic sarcoma, although RR increases with addition of eg ifosfamide). Other agents may be better combinations: for example in gastric cancer fluoropyrimidine and cisplatin. 

Are different combination protocols build according to steps of trail therapy.
