You can try using 1 ug/mL E64 [3-carboxy-trans-2,3-epoxypropyl-leucylamido(4-guanidino)butane], or 500 ug/mL EDTA, or 1 ug/mL pepstatin as specific inhibitors for chloroplast-specific proteases. May be E65>EDTA>pepstatin ('>' means better)
