Well i am making an expert system using Hologram Technology.In it there is a virtual image of a person that gives a recorded lecture and after it there is a database that have a lot of answers of the questions when some one ask question it picks the best solution to answer it so that it readily gives the best and optimize answers of the question that is asked? and if a question is been asked that is not in the database it directed toward google through internet and search for the best answers.
Really I'm not quite familiar with your field. But I can tell you that there are other fields are trying to replace the laboratory also. Such as building a virtual lab based on the cloud environment.

I'm very honest to you. It is an extremely diffcult task to design an expert system which is able to replace a Lecturer. At date there is NO system available. Please take a look at IBM Watson or other Big Data systems.
I think the starting point might be statistics based machine learning algorithms as in machine translation. There are at least 2 bigger problems:
1. Semantically understand the question is more important here as in machine translation. A lecturer not understanding the questions is no lecturer. This is a tough problem and has no 100% solutions.
2. Training database with question-answer pairs.
This is exactly a cognitive science , i feel it is quite possible to have a system like that in near future .
well i have a possible solution Balazas .i have made a speech recognition system which takes input as text and speech and output will be in speech.
