Which IP (International Protection) standard is used for the Outdoor installation of Automatic Voltage Regulators?

Automatic Voltage regulators are used for providing required AC voltage to the device (Motors etc). They can be installed Indoor and Outdoor. My question is that which IP (Internation protection) standard is practiced for the outdoor installation of AVRs to protect the unit against solid particles and water.
