I have a newly synthesized chemical molecule I want to know its pharmacological effect ie is it antibacterial, antinflamatory or anti-carcinogenic? how to know which effect to test? Is there a method other than in silico study?
Please, study Attachment two manuscripts on the topics of modern protocols of preclinical research. Then, select the tactics you need.
Hope these follwing papers can be helpful for your invitro studies. Good luck.
For antibacterial action: disk diffusion assay, MIC by broth dilution
For antiinflammatory action: albumin denaturation
Thank you very much Mr Md Nazmul Hossain, Mr Vladimir A. Kulchitsky and Mr Urvesh D Patel
