I have to perform Solid phase purification via Affinity chromatography in which i have to immobilize my polymer (Maleimide PEG Carboxylic acid and Maleimide PEG hydroxyl) to the stationary matrix through its carboxylic and hydroxyl end, then adding my protein to the matrix which reacts with the maleimide end of the same polymer.
Which stationary matrix i can use?

You can use epoxy activated matrix for coupling through hydroxy group/end. and EDC for carboxyl end.

Can we elute it out by increasing the molarity of NaCl?
