Aloe vera gel has a soothing, healing effect on sunburned skin. It can also alleviate itching and kill scabies.

Cayenne pepper can be used to relieve pain and itching from scabies. Cayenne pepper does have some usefulness when it comes to scabies, despite some controversy.
@ Dr. Samir G Pandya sir I tried tea tree oil and clove oil but they are showing allergies. Specially with pediatric patients these oils are not showing improvements. Actually I am more concerned about scabies treatment in kids. Can you suggest something else which will be good for kids also.
Scabies is a common parasitic skin infection. It is highly prevalent in young children. Topical permethrin (5% cream) is a safe and effective scabicide in children. It is recommended as a first-line therapy for patients older than 2 months of age.
A paste of neem (Azadirachta indica) and turmeric (Curcuma longa) applied topically has been found effective in treatment of scabies.
