I'm interested in T.vers secreted laccase and was wondering about the most suitable medium and inducers in order to trigger and increase laccase secretion.

About the liquid medium i used the Trametes defined medium (TDM) with glucose 9 g/L , glutamine 0.78 g/L ; NaCl 0.28 g/L ; KH2PO4 0.68 g/L ; MgSO4.7H2O 0.25 g/L ; thiamine 0.81 mg/L and CaCl2 0,015 g/L.
For the solid i used the Tien and Kirk medium.
