Vaginal fluids: HIV can be found in the vaginal fluids of an infected woman, and it can be transmitted through sexual contact, such as vaginal sex.
Breast milk: HIV can be found in the breast milk of an infected woman, and it can be transmitted to an infant through breastfeeding.
Saliva: HIV can be found in the saliva of an infected person, but the amount of virus in saliva is usually very low, and it's not considered a significant risk for transmission. However, there have been some cases where HIV has been transmitted through deep kissing or sharing drinks or utensils with an infected person.
It's important to note that HIV is not found in other body fluids, such as sweat, tears, or urine. It's also not transmitted through casual contact, such as hugging, shaking hands, or sharing food and drinks with an infected person.
There are various factors to completely understand the HIV presence in fluids. My colleagues have already answered right, however window period, adherence to ART and continous viral supression can lead to negligible transfer of HIV infection through blood, semen and other body fluids as well.
