What is the best combination of features from Facebook API I can have to accurately predict user personality? Many of the researchers have been using textual features (LIWC) and others combined it with some extra post specific features such as (#like,#posts,#events...etc) and others just asked participants to fill up an online survey that captures their Big 5 personality traits.
Can you recommend any features to be extracted from social networks platforms that facilitate the process of predicting personality?

What are the personality traits that you are interested in exploring? A lot of research has been done with Big 5 personality treats; however, social media, especially FB and Instagram can also be used for prediction of narcissistic personality traits and shyness and a lot of studies have been conducted in that area. Frequency of posting photos and status can be taken as one of the measurements that might predict narcissistic traits, there are studies that looked into the profile picture selection and narcissistic traits so if you are interested in exploring also narcissism I would recommend taking into a consideration not only textual features but also multi medial content and frequency of posting.

I know that Big 5 umbrella covers main 5 traits where each one of those traits have covered many sub traits, such as:
Openness – Openness to experience describes a person’s degree of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and preference for novelty and variety. Some disagreement remains about how to interpret this factor, which is sometimes called intellect.
Conscientiousness – Conscientiousness is a tendency to show self-discipline, act dutifully, and aim for achievement. Conscientiousness also refers to planning, organization, and dependability.
Extraversion – Extraversion describes energy, positive emotions, assertiveness, sociability, talkativeness, and the tendency to seek stimulation in the company of others.
Agreeableness – Agreeableness is the tendency to be compassionate and cooperative towards others rather than suspicious and antagonistic.
Neuroticism – Neuroticism describes vulnerability to unpleasant emotions like anger, anxiety, depression, or vulnerability. Neuroticism also refers to an individual’s level of emotional stability and impulse control and is sometimes referred to as emotional stability.
So at this time, I am trying to expand the personality exploration from texts/multimedia and therefore I am trying to find new traits that can be discoverd. So any recommendation for this side will be really appriciated.
