I would like information about the type and regime of fertilization, in order to stimulate the flowering stage in the plants.
My first concern- which type of plant it is? In general, phosphorous is very essential for root spread and growth as well as enhance flowering. However, excess nitrogen in flowering negatively affects on bud development and flowering but facilitate vegetative growth. Better to maintain optimum combination of fertilizer for flowering.
Phosphorus is a vital nutrient involved in stimulating and enhancing bud development and blooming in plants. Therefore fertilizers formulated for flowering are often higher in phosphorus than nitrogen and potassium.
I am also agreed with both.

Most of the researches have revealed the ratio of nitrogen to potassium has paramount effect on intensity of flowering and their conversion into fruit set....
I agree with answer of Prosanta Kumar Dash. Generally nitrogen delay flowering and promote vegetative growth.
