Which diagnostic tool can be used as a substitute for Autism Diagnostic Interview, which is the gold standard for ASD diagnosis?

The tool should have robust psychometric properties and preferably less expensive to be used on a large population. The current options are Childhood Autism Rating Scale and INCLEN. Could any leads be provided as to articles comparing psychometric properties of current diagnostic tests, in alignment the DSM V classification? The look out is for measures with high specificity.
