I want to transform brassica napus but when I transfer it to callus or shoot initiation medium with caberciline and kanamycin,it begin to be brown or necrosis .
I try to find a good cultivar of napus to transformation .please help me

It looks like that the regeneration of Brassica napus is highly genotype-dependent. I attached a Review paper about Brassica species transformation for you. Please see the yellow-highlighted paragraph about standard Brassica napus varieties used for transformation. They also included some important info about factors impact the efficiency of Brassica genetic transformation. Probably you should try both GSL1 and Westar varieties. Good luck on your research.

You may also want to check out the most suitable Agrobacterium strain for a specific variety you want to conduct genetic transformation on.
Oscar is another good variety for regeneration and transformation. However, creteria of a good variety include high germination rate, synchronized germination and growth, good size cotyledons (if used as explants; makes handling easy), high regeneration efficiency and good transient GUS/GFP expression will help to obtain transformants. Consider generating a kill cureve for antibiotic (hygromycin or kanamycin) to be used for plant selection. Hope this is helpful.
