Can't say clearly as it is more depend on the substate and metal employed in the reaction!!! but stille coupling have an edge in purification and isolation of the synthetics rather than Negishi coupling
I really do think, that it is strongly dependent on your system and on the reagents, which you want to couple. There might be issues how to prepare the organotin or organozinc intermediate, as well as with other functional groups on your compound, which may influence the further coupling reaction. Not to mention the steric or solvatation effects. I would recommend to search in databases the reactions similar to your system, there has to be published a lot of both experimental and review publications in this field.
