if you are looking for a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering you can look to European Countries. Italy, Germany, France, UK and other countries are really good. In Italy it is hard to have financial aids. You can try in France

I agree with Mr Paolo Landa , Most of european university masters degrees have a maximum duration of one year as compared to other contries that have a duration of 2 years
