Hello everyone. I used correct coordinate system during scanning with AZTECH software and when i wand to get IPF in hkl software, it asks me about coordinate system and direction. I just want to know, when i use the correct CS in aztech, which CS i should use in HKL?

Having said that, it sounds like you're using AzTec and Tango, which are companion software, so there should not be a need to do any coordinate system rotation. To be sure, you can check the Virtual Chamber and make sure it matches the way you've placed the specimen while taking the scan.
Afterwards, which of the three IPFs you want to plot depends upon the specimen, i.e. is it rolled, drawn, coated etc. All of them are correct, you just have to interpet them appropriately.
