SDGs were launched nearly 2 yrs ago, countries have been doing some work on their integration at the national level and Companies and Enterprises have also been leading this way recently (example: see the work of Business Council for Sustainable Development). This questions has the intention to map the Companies and Enterprises that have developed their SDG strategy, identify and evaluate the methodologies they have (or could use), relationships with ongoing strategies and reporting the companies are already doing, including their participatory component, and the (self-)monitoring as well as feedback mechanisms so these "integrative strategies" can be improved and better integrate the Companies culture and activities including CEO, Shareholders, employees, etc, as well as the companies' value chain. There is a wide array of tools and reports now available that examine the uptake of SDGs by the corporate sector. Here is an example that might be helpful.
The SDG Commitment Report 100, released (April 19) at UN headquarters in New York, was the first-ever analysis to use annual reports as the sole metric to assess corporate commitments to the UN’s 17 sustainable development goals. The report included the 50 largest global companies with annual reports for the year 2016 available by March 31, 2017. The other 50 companies assessed were made up of largest companies by revenue on each continent (the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific); the world’s largest family-owned companies; and a number of firms on Fortune’s Most Admired Companies list—as long as they too has 2016 annual reports available for review.
