If course there are many books on the subject, but I would recommend Joseph F. Hair, William C. Black, Barry J. Babin and Rolph E. Anderson: Multivariate Data Analysis: Pearson New International Edition (available as an e-book from Amazon)
Also try a free boon book (www.bookboon.com):
Statistics for Health, Life and Social Sciences, Denis Anthony (e-book)
My suggestion is to start with R for everyone by Jared Lander and follow up by looking at Lander's references. Frank Harrell's Regression book and Gareth James. Introduction to statistical learning are excellent and available on the author's website. Best, David
