I want to design a vector for the CRISPR Case9 for that I am looking for bioinformatic tools which can help me to design my vector for CRISPR and that tool should be user friendly, Unfortunately I am not very good at programming for bioinformatics. So anyone who could help me in that.

https://www.sanger.ac.uk/htgt/wge/ this is a good tool. I have also used the Zhang lab and Chop-chop tools. Also, check the company you are going to order from (Eg. IDT), maybe they also have a tool. It is best to double check and compare between softwares.
