When Searching about an academic subject, I found an old methodology discussed in article B, but cited for an article A, which i found it in google scholar, but it was too old with no full text.
If I mentioned this methodology in my article, which article should I cite it for?

You need to distinguish clearly what were the original contributions of article A and what were the new or additional contributions of article B. If it is not clearly mentioned in article B their additional contributions, I think it is proper to cite article A. However, you still need to see article A. Perhaps, you can ask the help of the authors of article B where to find a full text copy of article A.
