Recently, I did a little research on Computer Science Journals List, Review Speed, Impact Factors, and Open Access Fee from Elsevier, Springer, and Hindawi.

I think most of Elsevier and Springer Journals are indexed by Scopus. In case of Hindawi Journals that are indexed by Scopus you can find out in the following list:

Some Hindawi Journals are actually free. Please check the following link: http://www.hindawi.com/apc/ 

To check for the indexing, please go to the following link:

Elsevier and Springer are also free but provide support for Open Access options. The cost is around USD 2400 for Elsevier, and USD for Springer.

In case of Hindawi, most Journals do not have impact factors. Such Journals cost about USD 600-800, but when the Journals do have impact factors, they will charge USD 2000.
