Red pulp macrophages are CD11b-F4/80+CD68+AF+ (see excellent paper by Andrew Mitchell http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20534703), splenic pool of monocytes will be CD11b+CD115+Ly6C+/-(F4/80lowCD11c-Ly6G-NK1.1-MHC II-) (see Fillip Swirski's Science paper http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19644120). CD169 and CD209b work great for IFM but I was not able to make them work for flow (interestingly, CD169 works on lymph nodes, but not in the spleen). Please, let me know if you find good flow markers for MZM and MMM or make CD169 or CD209b work.

Hi Anthony, do you mean by FACS or by IHC/IFM? If you have any representative FACS plots for MOMA-1/CD169 could you, please, share it with me? Thank you in advance.
