Suggest some best journals which offer speedy publication of research articles covering physio-chemical, sensory and antioxidant analysis of a developed food product. The journals should be impacted.
Many journals are available regarding food product development and their basic analysis such as Food Science and Technology , Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety, Current Research in Nutrition and Food Sciences , Food and Nutrition Bulletin etc.
In my experience, the prestigious food journals are no longer interested in publishing formulation development. By the way, IF solely is not a good criterion to select a journal in which to publish your paper.
