For sustaining my PhD thesis I need to publish 1 or more articles with ISI impact factor (total ISI value 5). I have the experimental results from my previous job and I don't have the possibility to publish trough institution, so I have to publish them myself. The field is (electro)chemistry with aplication for food analysis (MSG). Do you know any journals with low costs for publishing an article (maxim 150 $) or even free?

Why you want to pay money for publishing. There are so many Journals from Elsevier/Springier related to this field which publishes them free of cost. Off course there is pear review process bu that is always the case with all SCI journals. Happy to suggest if need help.

Give me one example which has ISI factor. I didn't found free. Elsevier has an aplication journal finder and introducing a title and abstract appeared about 20 journals with 2 or 3000 $ fee
This is strange, I have been publishing in Elsevier journals for a very long time (and also in electrochemistry), but I never paid ...
At the same time, there are not so many electrochemical journals with an impact factor of more than 5, I know only ELECTROCHIMICA ACTA (WOS - 5.116) and JOURNAL OF POWER SOURCES (6.945). Even JOURNAL OF THE ELECTROCHEMICAL SOCIETY has IF by WOS 3.662. Impact factors by Scopus are different, but not too much (5.01, 7.00 and 3.48 respectively).
Dora Popescu On my understanding, if you are talking about (electro)chemistry with application for food analysis . It can be considered as electro-analytical field and for this field the journals with IF more then 5
1. if you did food analysis using sensors, "Sensors and actuators B" (IF 5.667),
2. Similarly, Analytica Chimica Acta (IF: 5.123) also publishes such articles.
3. Journal of Food Chemistry (IF: 4.946)
4. If you used nano-materials then "Microchimica Acta (IF: 5.7). Scope is use of nanomaterials in analytical chemistry.
But all this depends on the quality of work. There are still many interdisciplinary journals with If more then 5 and publishes such articles. If you want the journals Impact less 5 then there are so many journals related to this field. All these are free to publish. Attention: They are paid only if you want to publish Open Access Article, otherwise they are totally free to publish after peer review
