Which approach is better for an experienced teacher to share her teaching insights and benefit in-service teachers: writing a comprehensive book to publish on Amazon or creating a series of sporadic articles, each focusing on a distinct situation and theme?

I would say a book is more comprehencise and coherent than spiradic articles. Articles, on the other hand, might be more accessible.
If your audience are not academics, I would recommend a book. For academia, articles are suitable.

Publishing a book is a more coherent solution. If your insights are sporadic, opt for sporadic publication. Working at making your results coherent, can be an effort which brings you forward.
